Verification Troubleshooting
Stuck on the cat-pcha? Here's how to get through it.
1
Try incognito or private mode
Extensions and cached data can mess with verification. Open a private window to rule that out.
- Chrome / Edge: Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+N (Mac)
- Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+P (Mac)
- Safari: Go to File → New Private Window
2
Disable your browser extensions
Some extensions block or interfere with the verification process.
- Open your browser's extensions or add-ons settings
- Temporarily disable all extensions
- Reload the page and try again
If that fixes it, re-enable extensions one by one to find the culprit.
3
Try a different browser or device
The issue might be specific to your current browser.
- Try Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari
- Internet Explorer is not supported — use a modern browser
- If possible, try on a completely different device (like your phone)
4
Update your browser
An outdated browser can cause verification to fail.
- Open your browser's menu
- Go to Help → About (or similar)
- Install any available updates and restart your browser
5
Switch to a different network
Corporate and school networks often have strict filtering that can block verification.
- Connect to a different Wi-Fi network
- Try using a mobile hotspot from your phone
- If you're on a corporate or school network, that's likely the issue
6
Close any automated browser sessions
Verification is blocked if your browser is being controlled by automation software (Selenium, Puppeteer, Playwright, etc.) or an AI agent.
- Fully close the automated browser session
- Open the page in a regular, manually-operated browser
- Complete the verification there
