• To display your projects and team info on the platform.
• To communicate with you about hackathon updates.
• To improve the platform based on usage patterns.
• To prevent abuse and keep things fair.

We don't sell your data. Period. We may share limited info with:

• Judges: Your project submissions for evaluation purposes.
• Service providers: Cloudflare (hosting), Google Analytics (usage tracking).
• The community: Your public profile and project info that you choose to share.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the platform. You can opt out via the cookie banner when you first visit. We also use essential cookies for authentication, which are required for the platform to work properly.

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. That said, no system is 100% bulletproof, so we can't guarantee absolute security (nobody can, and anyone who says otherwise is lying).

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.

We may update this policy occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes through the platform or via email. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
